Every new brush is coated with a light layer of glue to preserve its shape. Because of this and because each brush has its own character, it may not feel perfect at first. After 2–3 uses, the brush will soften and reveal its true performance.
How to prepare a new brush:
- Prepare clean water in a container
- Gently loosen the bristles from tip downward (remove the protective glue and loose hairs)
- Rinse thoroughly with cool water
After preparing the brush, do not place it back into the protective cap.
